Job Description:
Program Strategy & Development:
· Design and execute the overall strategy for the Sponsor a Child (SAC) program aligned with organizational goals.
· Identify opportunities to expand the program’s reach and impact across regions.
Program Implementation:
· Oversee end-to-end implementation of the SAC program, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to child welfare standards.
· Ensure effective delivery of interventions related to education, health, and overall child development.
· Work closely with internal teams and implementation partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
· Provide guidance to field teams to strengthen sponsor-child engagement and program effectiveness.
Donor & Sponsor Engagement:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors through regular communication, updates, and engagement initiatives.
