They work for the lepors in areas like cultural activities, education, health, seven small scale industry for their economic development, rural development, Hostels, mobile medical van. They are running school-cum-residential cultural institute by the name 'Sushil Bal Grih'. About 153 children are developing academically socially and culturally. Today, the boarding lodging and maintenance, of 325 patients, teachers, workers and children is being managed. They have self employment and self acquired jobs best suitable to their physical mind and ability.
